About
FrontForce is a German electronic music project founded in 2020 by P.H. Thum, also known as Paul Paradoxx. The project was created as an independent solo work with the freedom to develop its own musical direction. The story behind the music began much earlier, in 1987, when the passion for electronic music and synthesizers first started.
After many years of creating electronic music and exploring different sounds, every song is developed independently from the first idea to the final production. Each track is written, produced, arranged, mixed, and mastered personally, allowing every release to keep its own character.
The music combines elements of Futurepop, Darkwave, Synthpop, EBM, Electropop and New Wave. The inspiration comes from the electronic sounds of the 80s and 90s, combined with modern production techniques. Synthesizers and the feeling behind each song play an important role in shaping the sound.
The lyrics are inspired by personal experiences, emotions, and real-life moments. They deal with themes such as humanity, relationships, change, inner struggles, and hope. Every song tells its own story and reflects a different moment.
The first official single was You Are My Light, released on July 26, 2024, and it reached number one in the Lautradio listener charts.
